Lately, I have been reading more and more about the need for Single Customer View (SCV). Whilst we have ignored B2C, retail and eCommerce, there seems to be far greater need for SCV in these sectors than in B2B.
Whilst it has been staring at my face all this time, a simple look at Google validates the need:
- 994,000 search results for “Single Customer View”
- 4 adverts still on Page 16 of Google. 6 adverts on Page 1.
- Suggested bid price £8.14 for Google adverts
However, according to Google Trends, the interest over the last 5 years have remain static. I was expecting to see a growth trend.
