Few folks asked me recently how UnifiedVU could be used to verify email addresses. Before I show, let me explain why you might benefit from email verification service.
All of us have two types of contacts, those we already know and have contacts details, and those we don’t know yet and have no contact details but need to engage with for various reasons from marketing your products and services to looking for investment.
To start the process, create a new Page on an existing or new Work Space. Add your CRM App and FullContact App from the UnifiedVU AppStore. You are now ready to use the service.
If you have contact details already, its a matter of selecting the contact in your CRM app and the FullContact App will immediately show social profiles linked to that contact’s email addresses.
If you do not know the email address of the new contact, guess the email addresses of the person and add them to your CRM. Then select the contact on the CRM App and if your guess was correct, the social profiles associated with the contact will be shown in FullContact App. Those which comes with no results can then be eliminated. This only works if the email address is used in other services such as Linkedin, Facebook, Google+, etc.
Best way to guess an email address is to find out the email address structure used by your target company. If you cannot find this easily on About Us web page, try news pages, which usually display public relations contacts. If you are unsuccessful through this method, below are few options you could try.
